Thanks Trevor. Great job placing words into sentences.

IMO the Flames need a heel. Tkachuk used to piss off the other team. I figured Kadri would be more of a pest, but it seems those days have passed. I am hoping Mitch McLean gets a shot sooner than later.

What's the deal with the Flames salary cap situation? Are they completely maxed and can only make call-ups with injuries?

They have the space to bring up anyone but Emilio Pettersen or Meloche, but Sutter wouldn't play them, so what's the point? Stone's also pretty much back, so they don't have an open spot anymore.

Thanks Trevor, is it time to panic on Huberdeau yet? How many games does he need to figure out his game?

Is Sutter too mean of a coach? What the hell happened to our defensive game?

What’s up with Marky? We could really use a timely save more often than not.

Mangiapani and Dube forget how to score? Is it time to take a look on the farm for that secondary scoring.

Nice job by Ruzicka, taking full advantage of his opportunity on the top line. He seemed to slide in seamlessly.

Dennis the Menace is actually looking like a Sutter project. Until Stone is back, I’d expect Mackey to be sitting taking notes on how to play defence.

Many questions! It’s worth noting that Huberdeau has only been on the ice for three 5v5 goals against. He’ll get his offence running sooner or later as he gets acclimated to a new system.

Thank you! I want McLain to get a look as well, but he’s on an AHL deal.

FL broadcast said that Ritchie went to the room after tussling with Gudas. They noted at start of third that he still wasn’t back. I think he smacked his head when they went down.

He’s had concussion issues before so that wouldn’t suprise me.

Be nice to see him with Kadri and Mang for a few games. Some coddling by Sutter for a change.
That, he went for a sh!t comment has affected his game.

Trevor your not so high on the flames anymore. The real team has shown up in the past 7 games or so. Mag had an exceptional year last year and will be a 20-goal player this year. You can't replace the exceptional year that Gaudreau, and Tkachuk had last year so the only way the flames win is if they keep goals against down to 2.5-3 per game. Can their goal keeping do that every game? Answer is NO.

We could use a little of that goal scoring out of both of them.

I think you give Hubs some time for the following reasons.

According to Tre, when he went for Dinner with Hubs in Montreal, Hubs said that what elevated guys like Stamkos above regular stars is that guys like Stamkos were willing to do whatever it took to win.....block shots, play defense, and sacrifice the body. Hubs spending time on a line with Backs and Lewis could be the Sutter way to get Huberdeau's two-way game going.

Sutter just mentioned that it's a huge difference in your mindset when you ask for a trade compared to when you get traded out of the blue. He felt Hubs was still dealing with that. Kind of like being the party that asks for the divorce vs. the party that gets divorce papers out of the blue.

It takes a while to learn a system. Seems like Hubs is overthinking, and not that is causing him to hesitate.

He needs to play on the top line. That will happen with more confidence.

He is a really good player. We need to be patient.

Call me cazy, but I think Huby should be playing with Kadri and Mangy. Huby's vision and passing could really spark Mangy's goal production. Dube has played well with Backlund in the past too, thats a solid 3rd line with Coleman. I like the Ruzicka-Lindy-Toffoli line. Keep them rolling...

Anybody know how/where I can stream the Flames games? I am travelling in Florida (live in Calgary) and it is absolutely pathetic how hard it is to find ANY NHL hockey down here, but specifically Flames I am trying to get. Can't find a sports pub that will play it (Monday Night Football rules) and can't find a stream that I can get working. I have written off the possibility of seeing the Flyer's game but maybe with some help I'll be able to see the upcoming remaining games on this road trip. Help!

Hube and Dube with goals tonight. Markstrom does not let in a stinker and the oil lose.

Remember when the Oilers thought the solution to their goalie problem was signing a backup who was worse than Smith for way too much money for way too long? Good times.
