They have much bigger issues. They can’t score as they are now pretty much down to Hayes and Tippet producing and their penalty kill is bad. Risto has 0 to do w any of that since he’s not getting kill minutes. 0 to do w Risto right now and more to do with injuries and their best dmen not performing defensively in addition to Carter Hart playing avg lately.

Sens will make a trade but it's too late - should've acquired a D-man in the summer or at the beginning of the season. Too many late starts - added with Norris, Chabot injuries, the team is not coached well enough to make a serious run at the playoffs. That said, any D-man would be a welcome addition with Sanderson and the return of Zub

Really? I have a hard time believing that Dahlin would not sign after his ELC. I don't see Buffalo trading him unless for a king's ransom. I can see his contract talks taking time but hard to think he's not in Buffalo for next couple of years. Not even sure which team could make a fair trade with that level of D-man

Oh, I'm just venting, but all this kid has seen is one amateur GM and coach after another. He's got to be getting pissed. I know I would be.

Sheesh that game last night, Caufield with the buzzer beater off an insane pass sending the Bell Centre faithful into a frenzy and Suzuki with another highlight reel shootout winner.
