No, NCAA players can't attend the camp in September.

The NCAA allows them to participate in development camps during the summer, but the actual training camp is forbidden. Anyway, school has already started at that point

Didn't thought he stood out during camp, but he mainly played with other junior players or AHL guys. Doesn't matter at this point, they can take their time with this guy, give him time to get his all around game better
