Hey EK.....Tampa also had to many men on the ice during that sequence....so how does that one get resolved?

No problem. They dominated and deserved the win. Tampa has had so many controversies go their way. Karma.

Also the pic you put up only shows 5 guys.

Yes but they didn’t have possession.

They lost the game. Moving on.

People are so stupid. You’re 100% correct. The problem is Kadri had possession of the puck while the guy he was changing with was still on the ice. Clearly “too many men” under the NHL rules. How many men Tampa had on the ice during their change is completely irrelevant. As you said, they didn’t have possession.

I don’t understand why the NHL wants to continue to be behind the other leagues out there when it comes to “getting it right.”

Thank God the NFL doesn't allow bad calls to happen without the possibility of review.

The Blackhawks lost a game 7 in OT on a non call offside in 2014 against LA.

Cooper, whom I like, is acting like a whiner.

TB lost to a better team.

It is what it is…

Exhale…

MacKinnon was easily within 5 feet of the bench by the time Kadri had possession

It's literally splitting hairs over a matter of feet, with every film expert combing through grainy Youtube footage frame-by-frame to try and figure out where exactly MacKinnon was

If Kadri would have been standing next to McKinnon, 5 feet from bench, and took the pass, it would have been too many men. He was 40 feet away from McKinnon and he was 10 feet away from the bench.

McKinnon was still on the ice when the goal was scored, after Kadri skated across the rink.

Kadri left the bench 2 seconds earlier then he should have.

The Tampa guys in the picture are all 5 feet from the bench passing each other.

It really is not that complicated. Mc Kinnon and Kadri passed each other 40 plus feet from the bench. Beer league or NHL...that is too many men...blatant.

And again, McKinnon could have gotten a Plus for being on the ice when the goal was scored.

Just facts, without emotion....

You ignore the obvious. How does one guy, changing with another, end up 50 feet on the other side of him, before McKinnon gets to within 5 feet of the bench?

Kadri had the puck long before your 5 foot theory. McKinnon was still on the ice when the puck went in the net...

Not even close...

Is it confirmed that Kadri was changing for Mackinnon? I've read he was playing the wing because of his injury.

MacKinnon is literally standing at the bench trying to open the door as Kadri accepts the pass

That happens 50x a game with no call made. Calling that would be the equivalent of getting a speeding ticket for doing 56 in a 55

As a Flyers fan, I've heard this numerous times. Stop whining! The Lightening have gotten away with plenty on their way to 2 SC's. Just stop!
