My understanding is that the Holland Tunnel was closed due to an accident. Most NHL teams stay in Manhattan when playing NJ instead of the beautiful city of Newark. One could say it was irresponsible of Ruff for not having his team ready to take advantage of a team that had a 2.5 hr bus ride and didn’t warm up properly. This should be a tough game for the Wild.

The Devils are a great young team starting to turn the corner, Jersey went 9 and 11 In the first quarter of the season in the toughest division in hockey the NHL the Metropolitan. The Devils will also have Jack Hughes in the lineup tonight which should make them even more competitive.

Screw you guys. We're flying into Duluth and getting lost in Moose Lake State Park on a team bonding trip before the game. See you about 9pm.

Despite Lindy Ruff’s comments very few folks thought it was a big deal when the last games started late. Traffic happens. It was good hockey last time and hopefully the same tonight. Good luck!

Maybe more appropriate would be the weak minded Devils or salty Devils who were at home in their home rink. The Wild were what in a bus, sitting in traffic, then still came into their house and beat them. They're cranky that a team literally got off the bus and beat them while they were waiting in their locker room with all the facilities available to them. Weak! Welcome to MN Devils.
