Frost and G on the half walls of the umbrella sounds like a very good PP to me. Yandle at the top and a duo from Coots/JVr/Atkinson/TK/Alison to fill it out. Frost really made those PP goals happen buying time and drawing in defenders. |

Or unless someone else gets cut, Brassard is moved to a wing and Frost plays his way onto the team out of camp. |

Even if he doesn’t make the team right away, he will be up at some point. We aren’t going 82 games unscathed. Once he’s up, whenever that is, it’s up to him to prove he stays. Which I think he will. |

I think he made a statement yesterday. He looks hungry and he definitely has learned to control the pace much better from what I've seen. He looked dynamic on the PP from the choppy video that I got to see.
If he keeps this up he may very well find a top 9 spot although I am still totally fine with him staring in the AHL for reps and minutes |

The standout players for me yesterday were Frost, Foerster, Sandin, and Allison. All the four of them looked a cut above the rest from both teams. |

Frost just needs a bit of time to get comfortable and confident somwhere, anywhere
once he's dialed in he'll show he can be a difference maker out there |

I didn’t watch the game but was able to see the highlights of those PP goals which he had a big hand in. I think this whole blocking thing is a bit overblown. |

IMO Frost can only succeed as a top 6 player. Unless they move Hayes down to third line I don't see where Frost breaks into the lineup. He's not a bottom 6 guy who's gonna grind.
Right now we have the luxury of letting some of these young guys flourish in the AHL and hopefully it pays off. It's nice to have some depth and guys pushing to get into the lineup. |

Bottom 6, this isn’t the 90s. I do think he needs to be in the top 9, no reason for him to play on the fourth. |

We have a pretty solid 3d line. Frost would still have solid wingers on that line.
If they put Frost with Allison which player will complement them the most as the third guy? |

At that speed Frost was great on that half wall on the right side. Slipping below the goal crease and feeding the slot guy or back to the point guy sliding in.
If he can translate to the NHL level speed he is golden. |

In today's NHL you need at least 3 scoring lines.

He’d be fine on a line in the top 9. Would not be a good option as a checking center. If MJL would have his way there would be no checking line if there were enough talent. But with the Flyers’ current talent depth and AV’s history of deploying a checking line I would say a guy like Frost needs some talent around him to maximize his talents. |

I feel like we have a good top 9 so if frost is our 3c I'm comfortable that he will have solid linemates to feed the puck to. Allison and Leighton would look nice until Forrester and/or tuomaala are ready
Frost needs guys who want to shoot the puck and
who will open space for him to do what he does |
