Your point about later round picks is really true. If we are going to contend and win the next couple seasons, we are going to trade a couple of those prospects away. We will need those later round picks to hit, so we are still middle of the pack at worst.

This is where I hope Skinner or Berard take another step forward. Garand, Vierling, Ciccolini are also ones to watch

I think the Habs should take their time deciding to match the KK offer sheet

don't go rushing or anything

Do they have to actually respond? If they do nothing does Carolina just get him?

Some point tomorrow. They have a week to match or let the player sign in CAR.

We either see a match at 11:59am or none at all. They will milk it for all it’s worth

As a Penguins fan I am very envious of the Rangers’ farm system depth. Pens were 31st on this list. Things are looking bright in NYC. With all of this young talent I have to believe that if Drury really wants Eichel he can beat anyone else’s offer. And still be in good shape. I’m still putting my money on Eichel being a Ranger.

Shots fired!!
Although, by the time Fenrir counts all the lines scratched on the wall of his log cabin to see how long he's been alive, he might have forgotten any insult!

I am gonna go with The Messiah. I think Tony is older than Fenrir too.

Also, if I had to guess I would say Fenrir isn't even out of his 40's yet.

Lol. It's pretty interesting to get the take on who thinks who is what age!!

I'm 48. I think Fenrir is older than me. As well as Jim, TJ, and Messiah. The older generation are guys like DownEaster and Saver. Pretty sure I'm forgetting a couple more.
