You forgot to mention klim kostin joining the team to make our third line solid as well. When sunny return we will have 4 solid lines that can score.
Lines should be as follows.

Perron ror kyrou
Buch schenn tarasenko
Saad Thomas kostin
Sunny Barby Sanford.

I think I'd switch saad and kyrou but overall pretty much think these are the way to go.

I am sorry but realistic is a matter of perspective. If ypu mean realistic by retention with a good prospect coming back to blues like beauvillier then sounds good. If you mean take crap contracts back and get a 3rd or 4th then no. He scored at a .56 ppg last year in 24 games. That's after almost missing most of two seasons. He then played 4 playoff games scored 2 goals the played 3 international. He will be a 30 goal scorer and that's why you want him but ypu want him for nothing. It's just not happening
