Yeah, they are in the middle of something very ugly and if this is untrue she is (frank)ing him up big time. They both might be throwing poop at each other.

It’s very possible she made this up just to be vindictive. It would be stupid to discount that. But it still has to be investigated. If there’s nothing there, hopefully the league can be be very that there was nothing there. But people remember the allegations more than the acquittals. The other thing, though, is that it will be very hard to find evidence that he did this poop if he did. I doubt there’s a contract.

But “team friendly” compared to those contracts might still be too high. They can’t afford to give Rielly a big contract. 6.5-7M is the max.

You know what I have said "concider the source" and it was in relation to someone who had previously been proven wrong/lying. Other then her being a wife/woman we don't know if she's proven to have lied before. Thus an investigation need to happen.

seriously, is ANYONE surprised by this... the dude is millions in debt.. .and "seems" to have a bit of poor judgement.... and frankly why should we care.

if he's suspend by the league or the team until an investigation wraps up... he isn't going to be able to sign with anyone... so who cares?


if he's cut and his contract dumped by SanJose.. and he wants to sign a league min with the Leafs in exchange for some of his debts being paid - well that's something that Harry Potter wouldn't ever consider.

I think the question that's being posed is why would you not? Because she's a pissed off spouse? Why is that grounds for assuming she's a liar? Would you treat it the same way if it were the other way around?
