This is going to be interesting. I had assumed Seattle drafted the way they did so they could spend in Free Agency.

So Grubauer and Driedger for 9.5 Million?

I'd have gone with Price and Vanacek for 2 Million more

Seattle looks like it has no direction

Should have taken Dillon from the Caps and then moved him for (2) 2nds. I doubt Vanecek will get the same return

Same thing with Geekie/Bean. Take Bean and Columbus' 2nd which will likely be almost another 1st

Hit FA then do a bunch of overpays and still don't have anything close to a 1C. If you have that much capspace, take a year of being a dumping ground and stock up on the picks

Add a couple more capable forwards (at least 1 center) and they'll at least have depth at every position.

I think Seattle has done alright. They haven't blown me away but they haven't been failures.

Some mishaps like if they were in on Grubauer then taking Dillion and trading him for 2 2nds instead of Vancek for 1 second round pick would have been better.

Or Jake Bean over Geekie. Unless they feel Geekie will legit be a player.
