KK, sure. If they dump Suzuki, I’m gonna be pretty appalled. He may end up as good or at least nearly as good as Eichel, and he instantly built excellent chemistry with Caufield.

I’ve never been a huge Eichel fan, so I’m especially skeptical of him with the current medical situation surrounding him.

I’d offer KK, a first, a solid D prospect like Harris, Norlinder, Brook (their choice), and tell them to frigg off if that isn’t good enough, which it probably isn’t.

As a Sabres fan, I'd say Suzuki, Caufield, a prospect and a first or walk away. Too close to home for Jack unless we get a haul.....

Eichel had some pretty spectacular individual performances against MTL in 2019-20 which Bergevin couldn’t help but notice.

Let’s not forget that one of Jack’s peers, Mark Schiefele, called him one of the toughest players in the league to skate against following that season.

Eichel isn’t generational like McDavid, but he is an elite talent despite the tire fire that was 2020-21.

Me Too ! No way Suzuki is going anywhere , Eichel may be a good player but definitely not as good as Sabres Fans make him out to be , In my humble opinion Suzuki alone straight up is not even close Buffalo has a player that is injured and we just don’t know to what extent but Suzuki had proven himself from day one AND he is much less injury prone than Eichel Cheers

If only Eichel wanted to stay in BUF and have a happy life there, which isn't the case so that Caufield+Suzuki is a real joke. On the worse case, let's wait for Eichel to not show up to camp to make more pressure on the team to trade him.

It's not like you guys have the big advantage in trade talks right now.

I also like how a couple of days ago it was Vegas and Columbus making a push for Eichel.

Then Seattle was going to trade #2 overall plus next year's 1st.

Now it's Minny in the lead. With NYR. But also hearing Montreal.

If you throw a few more teams in the mix then you should have all your bases covered...

The Eichel and Suzuki comparison Is funny!!!! Eichel Is a generational star, Suzuki Is a second line center, Why would Eichel want to play In Montreal? Montreal dosen't have the pieces to send to Buffalo.

The moron is back ---shocker--- a Montreal thread and guy who cheers for a franchise that Bettman set up perfectly chimes in--- classic.

God Montreal lives rent free in your pee brain.

I'm likely in the minority but, I'm not a big Eichel fan. Something about him rubs me the wrong way. The guy is a talented player but, the packages that it seems to take for Buffalo to let him go are comical. I wouldn't give up some of those packages for McDavid, much less head-case Jack.
