3 way, flyers get Tarasako, St. Louis vorachek, jvr to devils along with money retained from vorachek.

Flyers over spend on someone else to continue the cycle.

It was tough hearing Spittin Chicklets pod with Mike Richards. He said over and over again that they had the winning team, but that loss to Chicago in the finals caused an absolutely insane overreaction. All for Bryz who we don't need to discuss. Shortly after that came great success to Carter and Richie, followed by both Schenns and Coburn. Philly has made a lot of decisions that appear panicked after the fact. They have also been bent over by the unforseen flat-cap, but they can't catch a break.

As a Dev's fan, I would happily welcome JVR. We have the space and since Palms left, our only sniper is Sharangovich (who reminds me of a young Carter surprisingly). JVR could be the solution to a terrible PP. Crazy thing is you aren't getting anything big in return, as his 7M aav almost offsets his 0.65ppg.

And Tarasenko.... If he is 50% retained what the Devs going to have to give up? Just take the whole contract and keep you high draft picks please.

Tarasenko to NJ would be awesome
would be our star.... Had problems with St;Louis since they did not make him Captain.
Hurt shoulder but all healed.

Mad skills..... at 50% retained -these guys don't come around alot....
NJ has to jump at this -even if it cost the 29th pick .... And say a Seeney.

Kuokkanen -Hughes-Shak
Johnsson - Nico - Tarasenco
Zacha -Mcleod - Bratt
Wood - Boquist -Foote /Merkley

Agreed, I'd rather keep the 4th overall pick and hope for Luke Hughes than trade it and a player for Tarasenko. It'd be awesome to add him if they'd take the 29th overall pick instead, but Luke Hughes could easily end up being the best d-man out of this draft and it would help keep Jack here. Quinn and Jack are both franchise star players, there's no reason to think Luke wouldn't be one too. Plus, Luke is the biggest Super Hughes Bros.

Tarasenko will be 30 in December and is coming off a shoulder surgery. Not worth breaking the bank to bring him in on a gamble that his age and injuries won't haunt him in NJ. The Devils should've learned that lesson after PK Subban.

The most I'd give up is Boqvist and that 29th pick. Anything above that, hang up the phone.

Jersey seems to be on the right track, Why would you sign Tarasenko? The Devils should be shoring up the number 2 goaltending position.

They can easily do both, and go after a Dougie Hamilton.
