Rangers Upping Offer for Eichel.
Currently, Columbus, Anaheim and St Louis are also very much in on Eichel, but it feels like the Rangers are the closest to getting this deal done...The Rangers are trying to make another move to complete what the Sabres are requiring... |

So St.Louis is an E4 for Landeskog. In on Eichel. And looking to swap Tarasenko for Voracek, which actually has a higher cap hit.
I guess no room for power forward Mike Hoffman then. That was a short stay. |

I believe that Larry Brooks reported that the Rangers don't even have Eichel's medical records yet. This means that the Sabres don't deem their offer to be serious. So unlikely they are in the lead. |

Hearing the Kraken are looking at Strome. Could it be #2 from Kraken for Strome and #10? Then the #2 becomes a key piece for Eichel. |

It’s still going to require Lafreniere or Kakko regardless the pick. But even then I doubt Adams would move Eichel for just a #2 and 1 of them. It’s cost those 2 pieces plus another younger roster player (Buchnevich or similar). It’s a steep price but franchise centers don’t come around often. I’d still rather keep Eichel but don’t blame him for wanting to leave a “development” coached team! |

It’s a joke to think they would require Lafreniere or Kakko regardless the pick. Adams should move Eichel for just a #2. It’s a steep price but franchise centers with career threatening injuries and no clear treatment who have been in the league 6 years and never finished higher than 13th in their conference with a $10M cap hit don’t come around often. I’d still rather keep Eichel bc as a Sabres fan I enjo pain! - firelarry

If anyone gets a hold of 'medical records' for Eichel, its going to be quite shocking. Mark it. |

I hope to God not. Eichel is so overrated. Injury prone |
