They include the Rangers, Islanders, Golden Knights, Flyers, Lightning, Capitals, and Panthers. With the list being ten teams, that obviously means there are still two unknowns.

You only listed seven teams so three more. Would guess Avalance, Penguins, Bruins.

Tarasenko Is way over valued right now and not only will the Blues have to eat at least a third of his current deal they will have to Insure that he's perfectly healthy before any club would consider a deal.

Either that, or the Blues are taking back a similar contract. To think his cap hit is going to be completely clear and free is to live in a dream world.

Don't underestimate Armstrong. He will get something for VT without retaining salary even if it's draft picks/prospects and then spend (overspend) on someone like GL or ZH. Armstrong will remake his roster to fit the style STB's play.
