Best luck to JD. He's a good man. He deserves some goodness. Hopefully karma swings on NYR for their shoddy treatment of their management.

Columbus deserves some good things. Soon this generation of kids will pass and ones with more integrity who dont so easily buy into the flashiness of glitter will have passed.

Davidson is a class act, he will right the ship in Columbus soon enough.

I agree JD is a class act. Was sorry to see him leave St Louis. I understand he was tight with the former owner, but always respected him. As for Columbus, it's a great city, kind of like St Louis, hopefully they can turn it around and great the team back on the right track.

Columbus would be wise to burn it down and go full rebuild

Trade Jones now while you can, let him negotiate an extension with his new team for maximum return. Take back a bad contract or 2

Trade Laine to LA for a package of picks and high value prospects

Resign Werenski or trade him

Tank in 2022 for another high pick

Take on other teams junk for more picks

JD just finished doing this with the NYR, would be wise to do it again

So happy for JD, I've had the pleasure of meeting and knowing him since his first night in St. Louis as a rookie starting training camp the next morning. I believe that JD will turn this franchise around once again!!

“We are going to do the best we can to make Columbus a destination for playing hockey in the NHL,” Davidson said.

Best way to do that is the move the team out of Columbus.

I have never liked Laine much. He is looking like a Hall-esque player imo. That being said for the right price I wouldnt say no to him on a team
