Doug Ford on why Ontario still isn't allowed to golf:
“I talk to my buddies, I know what happens. You know, they pick up another buddy, two or three, they go golfing, and there’s nothing wrong with golfing, the problem is the mobility. Then after the golf they go back, they have a few pops, that’s the problem. That’s the issue.”
At this point in time, since I know this will come up more and more as we approach playoffs, Jonathan Drouin is not expected to return with the Canadiens this season. He remains on personal leave from the club.

This sucks, for real. - stinger67
If the reason for his leave of absence is media/fan pressure then he's played his last game as a hab.

It sucks but that’s one more sign that he’s played his last game with the Habs. Guessing now Bergevin will leave him exposed for the expansion draft since it’s clearly not working in Mtl. Seattle might be willing to gamble on a former 3rd overall pick and that way they couldn’t pick Allen... would suck not to get anything for Drouin, but would be an addition by substraction since he’s become a distraction
well if it is media/fan pressure to the point of not being able to play then it's most likely a mental health issue - Pat1993
The way Danault spoke about it makes it crystal clear that it is... Players born in Qc who can deal with that crap are rare... Signing Danault becomes even more of a need now...imagine if Drouin is left unprotected, is picked and Danault leaves as a free agent? Media will go crazy about the lack of quebecers players

yeah I heard Legault's rant about quebec players the other day, he might wanna stick to politics and avoid talking about something he doesn't know poop about lol... anyways I know it's very unlikely but it would be a feel good story if Drouin got better, came back next year and finally produced enough to shut up his critics... not sure how things are gonna go down though
