Dolan claiming the team underachieved this season. Lol I’d say Rangers did pretty well especially with no Panarin for some time. My flyers underachieved far more.

It really looks that way. The league has shown in the past they can't stand teams speaking with one ounce of honesty on league matters and the timing as well.

Sometimes dumb seeks companionship. I fear that the impatience that drove this decision might end up recruiting a new front office willing to take short cuts in order to get to the promised land. It never works. If the Rangers start trading picks and prospects to try and achieve short term success...will we see a huge backlash from Ranger fans.

Everything about these firings strikes me as being exceptionally dumb.

I agree, I thought Rangers made real progress this year. If your goal is to make the playoffs, maybe you are unhappy. But, if you have the goal of winning a Stanley Cup, I thought the Rangers showed huge progress.
