I think we should keep Risto for a few more years
- TheSabresTaco

Maybe extend skimmer for another 6 years, after the next 6 years.

In the Next 12 year's skimmer might have 100 more goals

Skinner had been playing with Reinhart.

Bjork played there tonight and had 2 goals and the shootout winner.

We’re talking one game here, but I just don’t get the excuses for Skinner.

Is he doing some good things out there ? Sure. But the lack of production is extremely alarming.

- Pegullaville

It really is, and it's not like he hasn't gotten some good looks either.

Funny how someone (i forget who) was talking sh!t about him recently

Maybe Bjork reads these posts? 😂😂😂

- jdfitz77

I think it says more about Reinhart than it does about Bjork.

He was good tonight though, gotta give credit where credit is due.

It’s going to be interesting to see whom they protect out of Bjork, Asplund, Tage.

He could easily bring back one of the 3 above and have it be considered a good job when combined with other moves he makes.
- kingcong39

Yeah, I don't mean he has to sign all 3. Overpaying for any or all could be equally as bad as letting them walk or signing Reinhart for 1 year. But how he handles those 3 will tell a lot

There’s more bad than good for Adams but I’ll judge next seasons offseason/season results more harshly with having a little more management infrastructure

The biggest tests aw I’ll be if he’s capable of moving 55 and 21.

0 excuses not to do so

- sbroads24

How are we moving Okposo???

Buying him out might be our best bet there
Hard to imagine parting with a Top3 pick to move him....
and there’s absolutely no way we should part with our 1st in the 2022 or 2023 drafts

Not doing a bad thing isn't the same as doing a good thing.

How many GM's would do a good job if they just refrained from making stupid moves?

McCabe, Ullmark and Reinhart. That's a nice final exam for him. If he botches it, I will be the first to tar and feather him (or at least I'll get in line)
- jcragcrumple

Sounds good. Add Risto though. They simply can't keep deferring on every meaningful decision.

You used to be all over JB for creating a logjam at RD and never addressing it. Don't get soft on me now! KA didn't address it either.
- Lunaion

Isn’t it quite possible that teams just aren’t willing to give us value back for Risto or Miller- or whatever other RH defenseman u want gone?

Open up the purse strings a bit and subscribe for a month. They have deals all the time.

Overall, there was some fuzzy logic in that article.

Who even are GMTM's core players? Eichel, Reinhart, and Ristolainen? Okposo?

I think the excuses are all but over for Skinner. He did make a nice pass to actually get a goal out of Eakin, which I was convinced was never happening.

Associate GM Jason Karmanos

I know you are chomping at the bit to fight the term on technicality, but I guarantee you he came here to be an associate, not an assistant.

Who, in their right mind, is trading for that guy?

C'mon. You're going to judge Adams on whether he can move the 2nd least tradeable contract on this team?

Might as well just give him an 'F'.

For me, if he offloads both Miller and Ristolainen, it's a big win, especially if he has to take very little cap in return.

How come every other team can get out of contracts except us.

He has two years left. There’s an expansion draft coming up

We protecting 1 or 2 of them?

I’m still not sold on Tage, but with the goals he’s scored lately maybe he’s decent trade bait in a package?

I won’t be all that upset if we were to lose any of them- but it seems Miller or Borgen even would more likely be Seattle’s choice
Miller they could flip fit a pick at the deadline-
& that’s gotta be attractive to a brand new team
