I’d like to see him stay in FL on a similar type deal as you mentioned. 1 more year at double this year’s pay to remain Bob’s backup/the team’s safety net. It would be a year to let Knight develop unhurried, and another year for Dreegs to build his resumè as a bonafide nhl goalie.

If you keep Risto you're going to pay him a pretty big salary and you'll lose Borgen in the expansion draft. It makes too much sense to keep Borgen and move Risto and pocket the cap space.
