Karine Hains: A Worrying Trend Once again, we saw two teams in white tonight, a shaky one and an efficient one…but the shaky one played 2 periods and couldn’t complete the comeback.

Karine! how about Drouin to STL? that would give them one less player to sign for next year
add Lekhonen if they want him so bad, a few picks...
grab Perron and Dunn

Perron is having an insane year, I don’t see it happening. As for Drouin, his value is higher than it has been for ages I think but I can’t see Bergevin giving up on him... would be nice in a way though because Danault wouldnt think anymore that he should make as much as him if he’s gone...And Perron only had a 4M cap it so we’d more than likely need to retain salary...

Maybe he is, maybe he isnt but it’s too soon to tell...

Anyone remembers Patrick Lalime’s arrival in the league?

they also have Hoffman. I'd prefer Perron though.

Interesting you also think there is competition between Danault and Drouin coz they are both Quebecois ? I don’t think the same comparison exist between Anderson or Tatar as he makes more than Danault this year

but Jets have a solid goalie, and cap space to acquire a dman at the TDL

Way off topic, but the NXT Takeover tonight is pretty awesome. Ciampa v Walter was AMAZING. For the wrasslin' fans among us...

Nah not because they’re Quebecois, just that Danault thinks, I do more for this team than this guy does, why should I be paid less? The argument is not the same for Tatar and Anderson because they are contributing the way they are supposed to be. And Danault wouldn’t make that argument either when it comes toGallagher, no one can argue that he is not their most impactful winger

Yup when i made my early season predictions a lot of people told me Winnipeg wouldnt make the playoffs but a solid goalie can do miracles.

they way I see it, both TOR and EDM have a good offense, but average G and D. and no 3x3 OT in the playoffs. less penalties, less space on the ice.
WPG and MTL are better balanced imo. better 5x5 teams, better G. for the playoffs that is.
regular season is a very different story.

That’s why MB needs to make sure he goes deep to acquire a top 4 dman now that we have cap space, if we can, I like our chances
