I’d much rather resign home development talent. We have plenty of other players we’re throwing out there in trade talks.

This is where I’m at. I really want to keep him. $4 ish for 3... you need one goalie already. You move Ullmark and you need two.

If he’s moved, it’s either the he won’t resign or the wink and nod... go get some playoff experience and let’s revisit in the offseason.

If he is moved, Adams needs to be angling for a goalie at the deadline, C-bus or Fla?!?

We went like 1-18-5 without him this year. Theres no way we aquire 2 good goalies and add to our ever depleting team. If we trade him and he doesnt come back theres no reason to keep Eichel. Our next few years will be more of the same. So might as well maximize the return on Eichs if you're getting rid of your starting goalie.

UPL is a couple years atleast from being a starting goalie in the NHL and with him as our only promise in the position at this point in time its not safe to say he will even be our starter at some point. Goalies are to unpredictable.

I agree. If we want to be competitive in the near future we need to hold onto these homegrown guys.

Trading Ullmark only to trade for a different goalie is just musical chairs and rarely ends up successful for us
