What are the chances OV wins the rocket you figure?

A couple of good runs and it'll be close.

If he scores the way he normally does and has the last month.... He'll win it.

The thing with OVI is that he always starts strong, has a big drop off, then a mid season push and then another drop off and then another push at the end of the season.

This is obviously a bit different because of the short season.
I've said for quite some time that when OVI is scoring, the Caps are winning.

I have noticed lately that they aren't feeding OVI one timers as much, so he's been compensating by getting goals in different ways like getting into the dirty area's in front of the net.

Because he's in the later years in his career and past his prime, I do think this is a mistake. His skating hasn't dropped off yet but will eventually. If he has any chance at another rocket or reaching #1 all time goals. He needs to score goals with his speed like he still can. Then once that drop off happens, that's when he'll need to resort to getting in front of the net and using his size for dirty goals as well as posting at the top of the circle in his office and popping 30+ goals a year.
