I’d be shocked if either of these guys gets claimed. Gusev has a better chance then ghost did at getting claimed as he’s an upcoming UFA but I can’t see any team taking him either. Ennis isn’t gonna make a playoffs teams 4th line that much better if at all while adding another contract and some more salary. Pass!

He produced at a 60 point pace last season and has a PDO of 92 this season but yeah I’m sure he’s not any good.

To be fair, a single assist at 5v5 in 18 games is pretty franking terrible, but he does have skill. We saw that last year. If they took Sceviour and a 4th, + retained half his salary I would be all over trading for him.

That’s what happens when you give a skilled player a 4th line role on an offensively challenged team. Gusev definitely isn’t a star player or a complete player but I don’t know what result you would expect from misusing him so severely.
