I disagree a little with your take on last nights game Dan... I know that St.Louis is the better team at this point, but as sloppy as the Wild looked last night, they did do a very good job of limiting the the high percentage scoring chances.

Aside from being heavily out shot, they did a pretty decent job of clogging those shooting lanes giving Talbot better opportunities to make saves.

On the other hand, far too many giveaways and turnovers. I didn't necessarily agree with the "planned" fight right off the opening face off, but maybe it did spark the team to go hard and fight for that win. Either way, Blues not exactly a whole team right now so i expect the contests to get tougher going forward.

How is it there is still no Blues Blogger???? that seems criminal..

The Blues are head and shoulders better than Minnesota, The Blues have been hit hard this season with Injuries and last night they were only missing 4 regulars. As far as the Wild goaltending goes Talbot Is not No.1, It's clearly been a rotation type system all season.

Talbot faced 37 shots, and about 35 of those were muffins.
