I’m right there with you. Lankinen has had our number, but so did Subban. We’ll see what happens. 3 wins in a row seems like a lot to ask of this group, but there’s always hope

Last night was real fun to watch, i'm hoping to see another point out of Svechnikov tonight, he starts producing, there's a spot on that 2nd line they can try him at where Gagner is sitting right now.

3 in a row would be great, I keep in the back of my head that I want them to have another high pick for the draft, but I like watching them win also, and the past two games have been a lot more entertaining than the many 1-2 goal efforts this year.

Last night's game was a reverse of a couple games these teams played this year, where the fancy stats winner lost the game. The Hawks stole a couple from Detroit earlier in the season

Brett Connolly on waivers, an Yzerman 6th overall draft pick at $3.5 million per. Not saying jump on him, he's had a pretty bad season with only 3 points, but notable regardless. Think someone should nab him?

Also Stalock on waivers, Buffalo might grab him up with Ullmark out long term.

I think the Red Wings are In good hands with Yzerman but I have never understood Stevie Y's fascination with Adam Erne.

Yzerman drafted Erne in the 2nd round and refuses to admit that he made a mistake. Yzerman isn't perfect. He does make mistakes like any GM does. But most of the Red Wings fanbase don't want to hear this.

That's what worries me. I remember thinking we'd get a 1st round pick (or a 2nd) for Mike Green at the trade deadline a few years ago. Then he got injured a couple weeks before deadline day. So we got nothing.

CBJ is losing and I have heard zilch about them re-signing Laine.....he could fetch a bunch!
Buffalo sucks, Eichel is ready to go.......but I think it is more prudent to wait till the off season when many clubs have shed salary. They could trade Montour and maybe Risto.
