This was a big night for him. He even dedicated the win to the trainer that passed away. When these kids sign their ELC, they get a bonus (around 30K I think) Svech sent the whole thing home to his parents. Just the kind of person you want to succeed

I seen that...along with Alex Stalock.
Connelly has 2 more years after this one at $3.5M. I still think Stevie has a bigger move in mind, but he could use Z's LTIR for that...possibly.
Stalock is a good 3rd goalie.....but he is 38 wheras Pickard is 28.
I think Connelly would be a good gamble, waive Erne.

I’ve been chewing on that one for the past hour. I end up on pass, but he does have a skill set that I like. Yzerman obviously knows him. It’s a coin toss. We’ll see what happens.
