he had a good game tonight. pretty good dman, can throw a hit, has some offense in him. righthanded, it's a plus.
doesn't have the hardest shot, not the better skater, not the most physical... but he does everything well. no real flaws in his game. well rounded.
had trouble last year adjusting to the pro level, but looked really good tonight.
I'd say similar to Fleury, less physical, better offense.

yes pat. because he was getting benched and his contract made the canucks leery of trading him because of the recapture penalty they would be hit with at the time. and yes, they eventually traded him but i are still getting hit with a 3M cap hit from him retiring before the end of the contract.
