I agree Zack is a guy who is constantly improving and the only player capable and willing to beat the sh!t out of some one like Forbort. I thought that Hoglander and the whole team needed that and he delivered. i would like to see him in a consistent 9-11 minutes and he will get better each game. Look at the kids history he is driven and has improved at each level. He skates decent and is heavy I would honestly like to see him on PP2 as net front just for the opposing Dmen to have that to deal with.

Besides a fight, i haven't seen much from ZacMac tbh.
I know people keep hoping he improves, but i don't see much upside myself.
Seems like one of many 4th liners over the years that show's some potential and doesn't take that next step.

That said, i'd keep him this year and he is better than most in that 4th line currently (which is sad).
But i'd pump the brakes on elevating him to PP2 status.

I think Bylsma got consideration before they hired Green.

My thought on PP2 is it is static with feeding the points and very anemic so far so why not put a big body in front they only get between 30-40 seconds try something new. As for the the 4th liner thing he gets less than 8 mins a game, less on most nights I think he can be valuable if given more than a shift or two a period. He has more skill than he shows
