Ottawa games are on TSN.
- Hunkulese

Specifically in Ottawa region, I believe, not the rest of Ontario.

Thanks guys, I do stream when there blacked out I just find it ridiculous that sports net blacks out these games just to show an nbc stream of American teams, extremely so considering the game is in Ottawa and I’m in Ontario you’d think I’d be considered in the right region
- RedC21

I'm in NB so my choices are limited by blackouts.

The other links are riddled with ads. NHL66.ir is the best.

Finally, Ward has done something logical. Backlund back with Tkachuk and Mang, Lindholm with Gaudreau and Monahan, Bennett at 3C. Looks to be working a lot better.

These probably should have been our lines 2-3 weeks ago when it appeared that our depth wasn’t as good as what we thought it was

You’re right blacked out on TSN as well. Things have been better over the last few years but this is reminding me of the first year that Rodgers took over where I believe we had all Calgary, Winnipeg and Edmonton make the playoffs but all of their games were blacked out

The ultimate point is we shouldn’t have to stream something we’re already paying for

An even more ultimate point is that you shouldn't have to pay anything to watch two teams as poopty as the Sens and Flames playing each other.

What's the point of blacking out fans from watching outside the local region. Please, someone, explain what purpose this serves.

JG, Tkachuk, Vali, and/or Andersson would be involved, I’d imagine. Throw in a 1st or 2 as well.

Eichel is good, no doubt. How many times has his team made the playoffs with him though?
- Misterbator

That's a fair point... but I think he is a game-changer if he is surrounded by a good group of players. But I guess if we do that trade and not having Gaudreau and Monny will be side way move anyways.

I don’t think I would trade Tkchuck either but gaudreau Monahan zary and a second for eichel and reinhart
- pzoxic

Yeah that would be hockey trade for both teams

I think you would have to change Skinner for Reinhart and maybe add in Hanafin to make the numbers work.

Before people say no way, you want to trade for a top 5 C and replace him with a bottom 20 C you are going to have to give up way more than 1 year of JG on a decent contract.

Yeah I agree, Eichel won't be cheap but man 9 million a year cap hit on skinner for many more years will handcuff our team for years to come.

Eichel and Skinner amount to over 19 mill in cap though. Hard to make a trade like that work cap-wise. Maybe at the expansion draft.

What a horrible contract given to Skinner. Has to be the worst in the league.

This team needs a shake-up. Some intriguing names have hit waivers lately. Some moves like this could be what the Flames dressing room needs.
Derek Ryan for Brett Connolly
Milan Lucic / Sam Bennett for Adam Henrique / Carter Rowney

I can't say I have actually been watching the games lately.

I understand Ward went back to last years line combo's. How did the 3rd line look with Bennett at C?

I didnt watch the whole game, but looked pretty average. Even if he played lights out, do you expect that to last more than a couple games before his game drifts off again?

Would they do Bennet for Domi though? I would do that just because both players can use a change of scenery and might thrive in a different market... but it would be Domi's 3rd team already.

yep, one of the worse... 8 years 72 million dollar contract to Skinner in 2019... wow

Others are:

"The Minnesota Wild landed the two biggest names of the 2012 free-agency period, signing winger Zach Parise and defenseman Ryan Suter to identical 13-year, $98 million contracts. While they became core members of the roster, their deals have become increasingly burdensome.

Parise and Suter played well, but they're now in their mid-30s and no longer in their primes. They still have five more seasons remaining on their contracts, too, worth an annual average value of $7.5 million.

They also carry full no-movement clauses, giving them control over whether they can be traded. Because their contracts were signed before term limits were implemented, the Wild could also face salary-cap recapture penalties if Parise or Suter retires before their deal expires."
