Spanked? Hardly. Was a good game and Devils played soundly. Bruins did look a bit off, but you have to give NJ credit. That’s 3 games we’ve played the Bruins real tough this season. But no, no spanking in this win

Props to Boston, I can only dream of the Devils having a power play as good as yours, surprisingly in the 3 games between Boston and New Jersey you guys have not scored a single 5 on 5 goal, and yet you are still the best team in the league, imagine how good you guys will be once you're 5 on 5 gets back on track. And when that beat down comes our way, (don't worry us devils fans know Boston is going to bring it next time) remember that us Devils fans where respectful to you guys....well at least I was.

Great point. Devils are dead last in PK this season and 26th in PP - yet we still have a positive overall goal differential. True testament to our 5v5 play and solid goaltending thus far.

However, this is not sustainable and we need to get the special teams sorted out ASAP. Hopefully with NICO back and Vatanen in the mix full time we will see improvements.

No offense to the Bruins but I'd rather be scoring 5v5 and have to get my special teams on track, then the other way around.

Bruins are average at 5 on 5 scoring because of the system. Not personal

I think would should just play the Flyers every game from now on.
Seems to be the only team we can score against...
