How did he work his way up? Don't really know much about him as a coach, but didn't he join their staff immediately after retiring?

He started as like a volunteer assistant then went to like a third assistant and now a regular assistant coach. I’m pretty sure he’s on the bench too

I can agree with these points. If he coaches how he plays, I’m down. At this point, almost anyone but Ralph. I’ll put ott at a tie for 3rd choice...

1- Gallant.
2- BBQ Bruce.
3- Boucher / Ott
4- Gronbeard
5- someone that’s not Ralph...

Definitely has a ring ....
Probably cost effective "interm" , see how the players react.

Jim Montgomery is on their bench too. He could get a shot again, if he's got things cleaned up.

I’m pretty easy..... I dislike Ralph that much.

And we both know, I like my list of people I’ve heard of. I’m not one who knows the depths of the hockey coaching world like some. So I’ll put my fun retreads up top, slide an up and comer in there, keep the super beard. And despise the Julian and the Babcock.

Makes are offense more dangerous, gives Daboll more packages to use, opens up the seams, could actually make Beasley and Diggs more dangerous.

Really is up to Beane how much he wants to play this week. He could free up 25mill pretty easy if he wanted, And Beane is really good with his contracts, he seems to always give himself a out, Milano's contract is a great example.

Suggs with the chiefs comes to mind when they won
