Okposo still in the lineup and on the 2nd line.
- SABRES 89

Only until after 2 periods every game when Ralph changes up the lines because the team cannot score again.

Can't make it up šŸ˜…šŸ˜‚

How did Terry Pegula become a billionaire?

He has made so many mistakes in trusting people with his money / investments.

Kim killed the empire by being a female superhero and being the president of every known pegula entity. ->. Yeah that failed miserably.

Trust Rex. Trusting whailey. Trusting Ralph. The list goes on and on

So seriously. How did Terry pegula luck into billions of dollar

I disliked him for a while.

But heā€™s just a lot better than what meets the eye IMO.

Heā€™s tougher than given credit for, heā€™s smart, always seems to score when no one else on his line can.

People always say he canā€™t do anything without Eichel yet it always seems like when Eichel is struggling, Reinhart still can have his good nights and score 6 points in 5 games or whatever it was up until this past weekend

- sbroads24

I think things have shifted to the point where people over-state his toughness. Against physical teams like the Isles, I think he disappears most nights.

Lol itā€™s wild. Billionaires donā€™t have to explain themselves.

Krueger is the face paid to let a billionaire dump and run. It has to be this, when the players say itā€™s embarrassing, they have no idea, they suck, only to have the coach say thereā€™s good energy on the bench, lol this is pretty hilarious.

The Sens are losing 5-1 and are still skating hard, going to the net and taking the body.

Pegulas trying the Beane/McDermott with Adams/Krueger, except now this organization is the beginning of slap shot.

If Krueger is this confident in his approach he should be finding guys that fit his proven system. If he has control why is he continuing the same failed approach?

- washedup20

Maybe Krueger's approach works with younger hungry player's?

Lots of cashing checks vets on this team.

Name one player on this team that looks good consistently.

Reinhart
Hall
Eichel
Skinner
Montour
Dahlin
Olofsson
Staal

All of them are just cashing in. I highly doubt that since most of them are only on 1 year deals.

What are you asking here? You donā€™t like the vets, he picked them with Adams.

The younger players, none are having stand out seasons. The entire team sucks.

Casey Mittelstadt is starting to look like a player finally and he sits the past two games so Kyle Okposo and Cody Eakin and Riley Sheahan can play

Mitts and Cozens have both sat for multiple games, both those guys have decent offensive production all things considered, yet we need fringe NHLā€™ers to never miss a shift

Rieder. Eakins. Hall. Grigs. Tage. Sheahan.

His system doesnā€™t work in the nhl. It may work in tournament play because all the systems have to be simplified in that setting in the nhl, he has no game plan that works and doesnā€™t know how to adjust to the talent he has. Heā€™s Rex Ryan but better spoken. Take a top d and smash your system into it because you know your system works. The only difference, Rex actually has had success with his system, with the right players. Ralph has never coached an 82 game season.

He canā€™t. New president banned that. Not being political. I think some of these new policies really are gonna hurt his wallet and the Sabres will suffer for it

These young kids need time to learn the complex system that works. Synergy doesnā€™t kick in until ~ 28-29

Dahlin is gonna be a minus 60 this year. Thatā€™s pretty generational

Probably should trade him for Ryan reeves.

Eichel for Tom Wilson
Dahlin for Reeves.

Culture shift baby.

No team will ever try any funny stuff again.

Did you see the Islanders out there running the Sabres and hitting them into submission.
