So when is the appropriate time to start talking about Jack Quinn doing next to nothing in the AHL apart from scoring a nice shootout goal in his first game ?
- Pegullaville

Eeehhh not worried about him. Remember he was a tweener, shortened, jacked up, covid off season / season. Yeah, he had the juniors tournament. Rochester is down some prospects too aren’t they?

Let the kid season...

No he sucks. Case closed. Nothing to see here.

Aww remember when we anointed Mittlefat to center the fatso line after 7 games at the end of a season. Man those were the days......

Have to get by the Bruins with :
1C Bergeron
2C Eichel

Vs.

1C or 2C Cozens

- Boss34

I wouldn’t trade Eichel to Boston (or Toronto or Montreal)
But i would let those teams think they have a chance & bid on him to drive up the price

Watching Bos vs Wsh tonight is a prime example of being tough to play against.

Those who don't think the Sabres (most if them) play soft, I suggest turning that game on.
Checks finished, net fronts cleared very physically, open ice hits, pucks taken to the slot constantly, puck movement side to side to get goalies moving.

It has everything the Sabres are poor at.

We could talk about O’Reilly having 20pts in 22games this year & having a good chance at ANOTHER Selke

It’s ok though, bc Tage is gonna score 25goals for us this year though.... right???

Biggest mistake we’ve made was trading away the guy who should’ve been named our Captain

Every decision this team has made since 2014 apart from the selections of Eichel, Dahlin, and Cozens have been a mistake.

I'd say more nhl experts would rather have BRady tkachuk, instead of dahlin.

Probably svetch as well

Sure, but at the time of the draft I highly doubt anyone takes either over Dahlin.

Dahlin also had some of the best teenage years by a d-man in NHL history.

Is there concerning aspects of his play current day ? Absolutely. The whole team shooting sub 2% while he’s on the ice surely doesn’t help. Neither does Kreuger’s system.

No d-man is a finished product at 20 years old

Boss won’t be happy with Dahlin till he scores 30goals & wins 30 fights
And takes 30pictures with his friend’s daughter

I'd trade them straight up yesterday.

That's really what we need , a power forward.

Dahlin may still develop, but this is leon/ sam 2

Cozens vs Zegras will be a debate for a long time.

Cozens’ 200 foot play will give him the edge in my eyes.

Sure....

Trade the defenseman who has roughly the same points per game in his career than the FORWARD does,
bc the forward punches faces

What a horrendously bad take dude
