We need stars not fighting.

You need a mix of skill and grit. And accountability in the room.

Look at any of the last umpteen Cup winners.

Just texted with an NFL head coach about the upcoming cuts and what he expectsโ€ฆ

โ€œItโ€™s going to be a massacre next week all around the leagueโ€

Hoping for miller or mack.

You're right about the playing on heals - a lot of that is about the defensive style of play. But there isn't much speed here and by the looks of things our fastest players (Eichel, Montour, Hall) won't be here next year. The league is now built on speed and that's a scary thought.
- Slump Buster

Dahlin can skate, Cozens, Skinner, Joker, Rieder, there's enough speed on this team, just isn't used right.

Fighting , Toughness will help this team build character and turn this ship around.
- MGK

What established tough guy would want to sweat/bleed for this organization?

The next big problem this organization is going to have once they trade away big names is recruiting talent. The city of Buffalo was already an issue now the franchise is even worse than the bad rap buffalo gets.

This is a bottomless pit, Pegula needs to go

This. I wonder how many people that want gritty players were all for running ROR out of town because he said he was tired of the losing. It's such a Buffalo mentality.

No. It wont. Scoring goals, Playing with speed and having a crazy good offense will.

Vegas is crazy fast. If you remove Ryan Reeves from Vegas, they are still good. When Reeves is on the ice, Vegas is actually a worse team and the other team controls play. There is a reason he only plays about 6-7 minutes a night.

Eichel is a cusp superstar. Top 20-25 players in the league. We ruined him. From pegula down. I dont see a way back. Will take many years to be good and he will be up for a new contract.

Tough decisions need to be made. Id feel much better with a different management running things first.

We are rotten from the core. You think Eichel will want to be apart of a rebuild of him, Dahlin, cozens. On top of that a whole new coach, gm, management ( oh please god please ).

I actually thought it was a bad trade with Colorado, we weren't ready for ROR then, especially with the bloodletting that was TM. Last year was the year to do that trade IMO
