With just Tokarski under contract next year, and more reason to question Ullmark's durability, it's going to become a big question.
- Lunaion

Really puts the Sabres in a tough spot.
Ullmark finally looked like he was ready to break thru.

Have the Sabres seen enough of ullmark to pay him long term?

And I agree with a durability issue....

Same goes for eichel- 3rd ankle injury in 6 years

It’s not like we can trade for Ovechkin though

I’m all for upgrading ANY position when possible

I think what worries me the most is our utter lack of team speed. It's apparent most nights but it is front and center when Jack is out. This is the big reason I think we need to move on from 23.

It's a big question. UFA is where big, expensive mistakes happen.

S, do they come out tomorrow with renewed confidence in Hutton and believe they have Dom reincarnated?

And we've seen that to much with the Sabres. What TM did with all his trades screwed up more then just the prospect pool. Players and trades were needed to be made after TM was caned to fill spots that should have been taken by prospects and cap room was used that could have been used in different ways. Just a spiral affect that is still haunting this organization.

Reinhart has been our best player this year

It would make more sense (to me) if we moved out some of the other players & put speed around him

He’s solid every year despite his lack of speed
That says something

I think the system is so conservative that it hides their individual speed...stay below the puck at all costs, don't get trapped up high...yadda, yadda, yadda.

Guys with very good speed
Eichel
Cozens
Skinner
Hall
Reider
Lazar
Montour
Brycen

Guys with decent speed
Olo
Sheahan
Joker
Risto
Borgen

We are definitely starting to reach here. If that were true I would never want to be a fan of any pro team. Seriously would they really think like that making the coin they bring home.
- Camel

Honest question, does money that I know I’m going to make (can’t cut me) motivate me more or the want to win. When you see Hutton back there. They looked uninterested. Honestly. And to follow up how you think, if you are making the kinda coin they do, shouldn’t they look interested every game?

Good Post Ion, this could be a fast team attack the puck, but they don't play that game. I have noticed way to many times are defense backing of the blue line in the ozone as the puck slides out of the zone before even the team we are playing even has control because are defense is already at Center Ice. We don't have right kind of players to play the way the Islanders do, We should be playing the way Ruff has NJ playing.

I'm pissed off and sick to my stomach over this team but I will rock my Sabres and Bills gear every chance I get.
