With the #leafs continuing to carry three goaltenders on the active roster, they only have the flexibility to swap out Alexander Barabanov for tonight's game in Ottawa.

He played just 4:19 last night and is likely bound for the taxi squad.


Could just be an extreme caution for Covid so they don’t have to see Hutchinson play a game this year....

Or the Leafs realllllyyyy don’t trust Andersen. Which honestly I’m all in for, he has lost a huge step in the last year and they could be seeing more than we do in practices. He looks slow to react to every shot.

Could be something going on in his life that we don’t know about, regression is common at 32 for goalies but he has just seemed way off.

To take someone out of the current lineup they have to move to taxi squad. Only guy that doesn't need waivers is barabonov.

I think every goalie that was put on waivers so far has been claimed, leafs can't afford to lose dell. If something happens to Fred of Campbell they'll need him.
