I’m not going to read too much into these early games of a season with an abbreviated training camp and no pre-season. The defense will need to get in gear but I’m sure that can be said for most teams this season. I am happy to see them keep up last year’s trend of closing out games in the third.

Gus was bad. If he's not scoring hes not beneficial. Excited to see ghost back and if he can make a difference. Braun was better again. More solid. Rather see him and hagg as third pairing even with his skating deficiencies.

Praying for coots but thats the same shoulder. Hoping he's day to day. Hope frost is ready. Id like to see Patrick play 1c and frost to 3c if coots is out. Dont want to touch line 2. Tk lindblom had great chemistry on Patricks shifts with them tonight.
