Waiting for the Flyers to step up and get involved. With Ek...EVERYBODY wants to wear the color that can’t be rhymed.

The matter in Ottawa was NOT blown out of proportion. It was very serious from a team-building perspective & I know first hand what happened.
Having said that, Hoffman is a one-dimensional player & nothing is going to change him. Teams are aware of this along with the facts from Ottawa so that both these matters DOG him to some degree.

Hoffman to the Pens? That would be a neat trick.

With the season on the line, nobody wants to pay Hoffman to sit at home and do nothing. There's probably a deal in place that will be announced if there is a season.

The incident in Ottawa rumor was overblown and absurd ??

So every team you mentioned EK you can all discard because anything you say the complete opposite happens. How is the Buzztron working for you lately??

Over blown? That’s great more the fact why no one is touching him? Florida would have found a way to keep him on. Ottawa ended up with nothing.

I believe there is something serious there that no one says out loud.

The Brandon Leipsic stuff was serious. Lots of players were texting Ek saying they wanted him out of the league. But nobody was texting about the Hoffman situation so it was just overblown by the media.

As for the Hoffman signing being imminent and now nothing for 3 weeks. Things change. Maybe a team was about to sign him and then they got cold feet due to the cap so everything is frozen waiting for another domino. Notice all the other guys are frozen too, like Haula.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there on the "toxic wife" issue. Management knows full well of the risks of doing damage to the dressing room and nothing creates more havoc in the room than someone's bat shi$t GF. Wives and girlfriends spend so much time together and it can be a huge distraction if there is BIG "girlfriend drama" (there's always drama). Hoffman is a fantastic player, like a reeeaaaaallly valuable player, and yet he has been traded twice. We all know the reason.

You can't say that has nothing at all to do with it, I mean, he can be had for $5-$6M and he's still not signed.

There's always something going on behind the scene when a good player keeps moving from one team to another.
