I know Bettman works for the owners, but this is a situation where Bettman needs to stand up and just tell both sides to shut up and play. I think it's going to turn out to be around 50 games no matter what happens, maybe as high as 60.

Agreed

I could have some sympathy for the owners if the current CBA was negotiated Pre-COVID. However, the fact remains that the owners agreed to this just 4 months ago is simply bad faith. I have a sinking suspicion it is just a few owners trying to take this hard-line stance. Hopefully, these renegade owners will be revealed in the near future...
