So in unfortunate news, I coached this young man a few years ago. Was saddened to find this out this morning. If anyone can help the family out with a few dollars that would be great. Praying for a full recovery.

Listening to NHL radio yesterday, I heard the same thing. There is a group of owners who do not want to play this season without fans. So, it's real. On the NHLPA side, players have very little enthusiasm for playing an extended period in a bubble, and pro rated salaries. I'm hoping it's all part of a negotiation which will need to take place in order to get this season going. - OLDSCHOOL#6
I'm really shocked that the NHL hasn't learned from the NBA and WWE and having video boards with a feed for the fans. Just think, for each game you could charge fans like half price what a ticket would cost, and they could buy a seat and have a feed from what the game looks like from their seat. Maybe you could also have some decent promos and stuff to go around as well.
Maybe they revenue they bring in isn't great, but they are still saving money on ushers, concessions, etc

No offense but what fan would actually pay for this? Just watch the game on TV for free |

I don't know if you've been watching WWE, but plenty of fans have been doing it.

They have a own structure with video boards. I think the NBA is more "realistic" wth putting the boards where courtside seats were.
I'm guessing 20k people wouldn't do it, but considering teams could probably split the LED boards, probably isn't that costly per team to do it. I would think about doing it once for the right price for the sheer novelty of it. I know in boxing they have had it where the fighters can actually hear the fans cheer.

Why watch the game at home on your couch for free when you could pay money to stand outside and freeze your balls off watching it and maybe also get Covid? |

Will get back to the offseason questions list shortly. Ending up coming up to pick my daughter up from college a few days early. Had a spike in cases on campus, classes suspended until Thursday. |

I like the old Liberty Jersey better because of the silver on the sleeves |

If people were 1% observant they would have noticed every jersey in the leaks and ads were number 20. |
