I did. The wiring is purdy and def taking notes for the next project.

I wired a coil split push pull into my Cort using the PRS method where i grounded the inner coils through 2.2 and 4.4k resistors. Took me pretty much a day to jump the correct leads the space was so tight

The green squier is a beauty btw

No. I'm just down the road from Trauna actually. I'm not originally from here though. As a kid WJR Detroit was the clearest radio signal I could get so I became both a Red Wings fan and a Tigers fan. Most of my family and friends are Leaf fans though.

Others are in far worse than the Leafs. But not great for the Leafs, no.
- bixll

Not sure they are "far worse".
Maybe 1 or 2 teams are a little tighter against the cap than the leafs, but considering the improvements that need to be made with this team to make them contenders.....they have quite the uphill climb as well.

But we'll see.

Tip: Do as much outside of the guitar as you can, before you put the electronics in.

I'll send a couple of more.

Already the main lesson (outside of what you suggested which I did after an hour of trying with the pots in the guitar already) is that I was trying to keep my leads too short, yours are neat but still got a bit of wire to work with

Easier to move Horny at the trade deadline, then Matheson at any time, I would think. JMO
- bixll

I hear what you're saying but I think both would be virtually impossible to move at the trade deadline with their contracts.

Hornquist probably poops the bed in Florida for two more years before being bought out.

Penguins will play around trying to fix Matheson for the next 4+ years until they finally consider buying him out.

No team will ever have all of its problems addressed. Adding a perennial Norris Trophy candidate who has Captained his team to a Stanley Cup and fills a black hole sized void on the right side addresses a massive gap.
- mjones242

Yes but I'll say it a million times, it addresses a gap... Not the problem. The problem with Toronto's blueline is not one pairing, it is 3 pairings. Pietrangelo does not alleviate that problem. A hockey game is 60 minutes not 25.

So for the Panthers they have added salary and depleted the depth on the blue line.

Don't think either of those outcomes lends itself to them moving Ekblad or Weegar.

Everybody back to the AP train.

Depends on definition of cap hell. To me, cap teams in cap hell have their $ locked up in bad contracts with no room.

Leafs have their core taken care of with about $6M in space and $7 or do that they could move out without a great deal of difficulty. They have at least one major piece to buy - some want to spend $8-9M on it, some 3rd and 4th line spots to fill including Mik.

Constrained, yeah but I wouldn’t call it cap hell.

6 top pairing years out of 7 contract years is awesome.
- mjones242

It's also exactly what I'd expect him to bring.

Added to the fact you must find a way to allocate 9 mil. and find a way to get that amount off the books, in a flat cap world for the next yr or 2. That's a big ask. Esp if it costs Morgan and hamstrings you with AM in 3 Very short yrs.

but you can at least cover a lot of it with Rielly, Muzzin and AP. which pushes other down to proper rolls..you dont have to ask Ceci or Holl to be top pair

You can also do that with someone that doesn’t cost $9M (or $8.5 because of the money he’ll save on babysitting).

I think Dubas replacing McElhinney with Sparks is what pissed Babs off the most. But that's just my guess. Babs and Dubas were never on the same page.
- gergeswillems

Seems like not many, if any, of the players were on Babs' page, either.

Florida guy is saying Matheson was traded for Hornqvist?

Crazy how both teams lose that trade.
