The Jets would love this pick, Drysdale won't fall to 10th though... all fun in a mock draft though!

Drysdale would be great but unlikely will to fall to 10. I would like to see the Jets take Jarvis or Lapierrie with their 1st pick.

The Jets would have to be considered big winners here - doubt it happens in reality. But perhaps then they get the center they want. Have a great weekend all!

I don't think Drysdale or Sanderson will drop this far in the real deal. But it is a great pick, a steal, in this mock draft.

Dubas will sign Pietrangelo. Trade Nylander. Trade whoever else (Johnsson, Kerfoot, Dermott) to get under the Cap.

Since Pietrangelo will have zero intention of providing a discount, it will be an every dollar he can make type of deal. If the Leafs trade Marner to free up cap space, I think looking for two defencemen to spend that money on would be prudent. If Dubas could snag one of the top three picks in the upcoming draft for Marner, I do that deal. 10M in cap space for defence and a top three, or even top five pick. Does Marner have that kind of value??

If this is the real deal, I wouldnt be against trading Buch (in a deal for Domi since that seems to be a popular spot for him) to free up a spot and some money for Krav (and maybe Fast).

Unless I miss my guess, Hank, will force the team to buy him out, and then look to sign a short term deal. Of course, there is the hope that he’ll retire, and save the organization the angst of having to bite the bullet and buy him out but I doubt it.
