Ron Francis was far from great, but he did manage to build a strong foundation in a short time.

David Poile has been a GM for forever and has never won anything. His record is terrible.

David Polie is a great GM to build a team from the draft but I would not trust him to get a team over the hump. There is too much money given to players that are not top line quality players. It's ironic he ended up with both Turris and Duchene from a Sens perspective.

Abromov loaned out, supposed to be back for training camp.

He often seems to get lost in the shuffle below other prosepcts, even though he's older.

I like that he's a player outside the mold that the Sens scouting staff seem to typically go for, but He's already being passed on the depth chart by guys, so this season should be big opportunity for him to make a name for himself.
