Now more than ever everything is indefinitely, we’ve never had so little information about injuries as we do now

No balls... one of those guys that scores 4 goals in 8-2 blowouts but nowhere to be found in meaningful hockey

Yea he was never seen as an elite offensive star though, one that his team would depend on for big goals, Bulis was a decent 3rd liner who had himself a night!

Speaking of 3rd line C.... would you rather have Domi or Danault playing behind Kotkaniemi and Suzuki?

Danault easy. Proven centre and he’s there every game...he’s here to stay. Was a steal on MB’s part and he’ll want to keep him

yeah I know, every time someone mentions a 4 goal game it reminds me of him loll

and normally I'd say Danault, but the way he's been playing, especially compared to Domi who's upped his game, I'd give Max a try..

C’mon Danault has been running the 1st line and the PK for two years +, a couple of bad games now isn’t a reason to dismiss him. If KK really manages to establish himself as a centre, I think Domi will need to reevaluate his stance on playing wing (if he stays that is)

I go with Domi, Suzuki will do everything Danault does, only better, almost there already... no other C offers the grit Domi does

How much do you pay Danault after next season?

I really like Domi and even though he’s been saddled with a couple of plugs, he’s getting the job done so far and being a real pain in Crosby’s ass, but ideally, looks like the wing would be better for him.

yeah I obviously can't disagree with this, it's true that Danault has been consistent night in night out

That’s a good question, he might want 1c money even though he is 1 c by default, ideally, you want to pay him like pageau in NY so 5 M tops per year...

Why should Domi go or move to the wing? How many 70 point seasons does Danault have? I'd go with Kotkaniemi, Suzuki and Domi!

Danault could be flipped

The way Julien uses him, it doesn’t look like he’s pick him over Danault. I like him, i like his grit and if we want to keep him in an offensive role, I just think he’ll have to be a winger...time will tell though.

The one contract I’m more worried about though is Gallagher...how much do you think he will cost?

good question, very smart player but his point production isn't necessarily phenomenal

That’s hard to gage but I don’t think MB will be willing to move him... Un p’tit gars de chez nous qui fait la job tous les soirs? The “we don’t have enough Quebecers” crew would go mental...

I dunno but he's 28, even if he gets bruised here and there because of his style he still has a few good years left for sure, they need to make it work
