Players watching through the glass did remind me of minor hockey too. I miss those days but looking forward to playoffs. |

I'm bummed about most of the start times as I will be at work. With how terrible that game went the only game I may see will be Saturdays.
I am trying to convince myself that they are saving all their goals for the Islanders but in watching the Isles game last evening their defense locked it down the Rangers had very few good chances so that doesn't make me very happy.
At least the defending cup champs also got goose-egged that made me feel a little better later on and to Chicago no less. At least we got blanked by a powerhouse. |

Matheson continues to kill this team. Playoffs are generally tight games - you don't see blowouts very often. This guy seems to be responsible, nightly, for a play/turnover/blunder that gives the opposition a goal.
He really needs to go. |

Well, hopefully they got that poop out of their system, lol. They turn the puck over so frequently. It will be a short stay in TO if they continue playing like that.
Ekblad and Weegar both missed yesterday's game. Ekblad expected back Saturday, don't know about Weegar.

I also would have accepted, “‘Tis’ but a scratch,” from Monty Python. Haha.

It’s frustrating because the skating ability and shot are there. I bet there’s some teams willing to take a chance on him.
I still don’t think we can blame all the Cats woes on him though. There’s a lot of issues |

He was on the ice for all 5 goals against Tampa. He gets walked regularly. Sure there is alot of blame to go around but he didn't look like an NHL defense man on Wednesday. He has NHL talent but not the NHL brains.
