I think if Johnson or Cox Jr earns that spot he is a goner, but one of them need to earn that spot
- homiedclown

possibly - with the low cap next year, they may want to roll over as much as possible

It’ll be interesting to see how much they value a super deep rotation, vs cap space for next year

Qb Stats from the last 8 games of last season, who's A and who's B?

A 58.7% completion %, 209.8 pass yds/game, 10 total TDs, 2 Ints 85.8 QB rating

B 57.5% completion %, 198.9 pass yds/game, 17 total TDs, 2 Ints, 93.3 QB rating

- turbo044

Idk who this is about...
but using an extremely small 8 game sample size isn’t necessarily gonna give u an accurate picture

Not unless there’s a specific context where the factors involved in those 8 games mean more going forward than years of data

they kept him on the roster though for 1 day before they put him on ir

all so sunscreen pegula's boyfriend gets a little extra change

and of course someone who deserved to make the roster and was healthy got cut

one more reason why the owners mess with the sport teams

- homiedclown

This was done so they could keep him and was using a roster manipulation technique. Now if you want to argue whether he deserves a spot or not, that's fine. But there's no clear evidence that he doesn't belong on a roster or at the very least, a practice squad. He can catch the ball. He's a bad blocker and that's why he doesn't play.

Senorise Perry and Vosean Joseph were also injured, they were placed on injured reserve during last cuts, not after the roster was made

the kicker, they cut players they clearly wanted so Croom could stay, Eddie Yarbrough and Duke Williams

and then they cut Kurt Coleman , only to bring him back the next day when Croom was finally put on IR

why did Croom get special treatment?

the answer is obvious

In the very limited plays I've seen Croom in on, he passed my eye test. I like the guy and don't mind him on the team. Maybe the coaches feel the same way. Not everything is a conspiracy.

Erod could at least flip the ice. He sucks at scoring but he’s fine as a utility player.

Lazar has done absolutely nothing

- sbroads24

Erod is a very good 4th liner. Lazar is an AHL player

That seems really fair , maybe we shorten the term a bit.

Maybe until the start of the 2022 season (training camp in. July)

You're probably right.
I'm sure alot of these guys want out of Buffalo.

Is asplund really an nhl player?

In regards to olloffson, how do you feel about the skinner / olloffson combo at lw1 and lw2.

Where does that combo rank in the nhl?
Probably gonna be close to 14 million between them

- Boss34

I think the winger combo is only as good as the depth you have down the middle.

Sheary is a first line winger in Pittsburgh right now.

I happen to think Olofsson, Skinner, Reinhart, Kahun/Cozens (I would like him to start off in the wing) would make a great 3/4 of our top 6 as long as we find an adequate 2C

if he is so good, why did they sign kroft, draft 2 other TE's and then pursued greg olson this off season

if he was banging jane doe instead of the owner's daughter, he would have been placed on IR when the others were placed on IR

I think he’s a goner. Sucks too. He’s the optimal option to be 3C for a year if we get a 2C

I would not be shocked if Olofsson is on the third line when hockey resumes for the sabres, and first team pp

So with Star's election to opt-out, do the Bill's have enough depth to overcome that loss, or do you guys think they will need to source a "replacement" / depth player there?
- IonSabres

I think Oliver will take a huge step in year two for you guys and stay on the field longer.

I thought the Bills had a pretty strong offseason and they did sign multiple role players and that front 7 will be even better then last years.

See above. Your bias is setting precedence over the football decisions the team made.

Football teams don't cut players they want to keep over players they don't want. It's not a thing, ever. Ever.

There was a write up that Coleman was going to re-sign immediately and the IR swap was premeditated. Duke Williams was a fringe receiver that for some reason people have this big hard on for. He's a big target and he's slow and has decent hands. Great.

You gotta also realize that there's only a certain number of spots for each position as well. Every single year, players are cut because of depth. Even if a cut player is physically more talented than a player that stays. This is extremely common.

we talk about nobodies every single day here.

Senorise Perry is a (frank)ing Larry.

Vosean was put on IR during the preseason. That was a left field cherry pick.

It’s unfortunate that we were only able to get a few game sample size of the Olofsson-Mojo-Kahun line cause I liked what I saw there.

I don’t know how that would work long term, perhaps it was lightning in a bottle, but I think it’s something they should try and keep together.

As a 3rd line, ok
Don’t think we should depend on that for line2 though

Depending A LOT on the kids
But if Cozens is what we all think he is,
AND you’re right about Tage...
then we might actually be able to put together 3 lines that can score this year
