As far as Vesey goes and the talent the Sabres had last year I was fine with him but whether he needed more ice time and 18 minutes which is more than he has ever had seems too much to me and an issue to dump on the coach you don't like but whatever. Vesey is not worth the discussion which means he isn't worth 18 mins a game.

If the NFL does experience outbreaks, which I believe they will given non-bubble format, then I would assume the NHL will need to seriously consider what to do for the next season relative to their environment. No bubble doesn't seem like the best route.

I cannot see the NHL doing the bubble for the regular season. That season is just way too long and there is just no way the players will do that I don't think.

Vesey played 13:48, so barely under that 14min
Which considering his 0 goals in 20games, lack of production on the PP his 2 previous seasons, and that we had to use the 4th line so much...
his 13:48 makes perfect sense

Just be a man, quarantine away from your family for a few months while youre making an TON of money and return to your family later. I love Tre, and this is his decision to make. Personally, I'd go play and make money. Lots of people make lots of sacrifices for the long term betterment of their family (and country, etc.).

Can't fault him for prioritizing the well-being of his family over playing football, if that's what he chooses. That's pretty manly, if you ask me; passing up a payday sooner to focus on your kids.
