I personally think we stole Joker from Chicago.

Maybe so.
However, retaining 4 RhD that can all pop play 2nd pairing on the right side, but who shouldn't play 1st pairing doesn't make sense either. That is horrific Asset and Cap Management.
Joker is a keeper, Miller is probably best suited for 3rd pairing and as an emergency play-up role...he held his own for short periods with Dahlin once he adjusted to the system.

Risto and a re-signed Montour count about $9.6m towards the Cap that should be re-allocated to the F group to get solid secondary scoring.
This off-season could be very unique with many teams needing to shed talent and Cap space....could a decent defensive D become available...DeMeleo, Rutta, Gudas, Hamonic, Brodie are all UFA's...I suspect additional RhD will become available as well

I hear that a lot. For years, I tried getting a co-worker to watch it and he used to say the same things you said - "tried it, it wasn't for me". Then recently, he comes up to me and says "I can't believe I never gave it a chance - you were right...it's amazing".

I think a lot of people are discovering it because of the pandemic. They're trying new shows as there's a lot more TV watching during this thing. If Netflix were smart, they'd keep The Office going instead of removing it in 2021 - like they're planning to do.

There's SO many great/favorite scenes - and i'm thinking of a couple right now, but don't want to spoil anything for you. What are some of your favorite scenes ?

I'm about halfway through season 4, but some that stand out (in no particular order):

"Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration...", when he introduces himself for the first time to everyone, and keeps saying it

When Michael tries to shove his foot into the MRI machine while Dwight is in there for his concussion

Dwight's bobblehead

The ceiling phone prank

Michael on the forklift in the warehouse

Honestly, there are so many great moments that leaving anything out is almost unfair. The show is genius, and there are so many subtle jokes that you'll miss if you're not paying attention. If one of the kids walks in the room, I'll pause the show because I don't want to miss anything 😂

That was a bit of an over-reaction... heads to anger management for a month. Jim’s face when he hangs up the phone.

Dwight's firedrill, complete w/smokebombs. The CPR training.
Haven't seen them all, those two are my favorites of the ones I've watched. It's definitely not as good after Carell left the show.

not taking anything away from the show, but it really jumped the shark around season 7ish. Dwight Shrute is one of the all time great characters in a sitcom. WGR should've did a draft for sitcom characters instead of just Seinfeld characters. Seinfeld is still the goat in my opinion. Office is probably #2 on my list.

Actually, i said it’s rare... which it is
If you’re going to quote me, get it right

Also, i said that Ralph couldn’t reasonably do that bc he had to play our “4th line” so much

Lastly,
U said u want Ralph to play Vesey with a Center who could “dish him the puck”
And u still have not answered my reply to that about Ralph not having a guy like that to play there

And as far as DeBrincat goes...
He’s spent PLENTY of time in the top6 for the Hawks
And just bc he is currently playing in the 3rd line,
it doesn’t mean he’s a “3rd liner”
Is Kane or Toews a “2nd liner” then?
Come on now

- jdfitz77

you are one petty mother f@cker

kane is playing 1 A
toews is playing 1 B
DeBrincat is not playing on either line

hence playing on the third line

as for you asking AGAIN about the centers

I have said many times

casey should have been playing the second line center
vesey should have been on the third line with either johansson or larsson as the true third line center

okposo, sobotka, lazar and girgens should have been fighting for the 4th line minutes

you only have so much to work with, but putting square pegs in round holes does not work

Maybe not,
But when you say not to trade 2 that means only trade 1; leaving 3 ...should move 2 for sure.
