imo, there's no way mitch will let that one go away...i think what'll happen is that they'll come to a deal and make payments on whatever the final number is (i believe it will be between $400 and $500, at least) retroactive...

it's an election year

It won’t go on forever. They’ll come up with something soon enough. When it does run out for good I’ll be interested to see how the agenda shifts for the “save every life at all costs, it’s not about money” crowd. Money doesn’t matter when you’re getting it for free.

Good post homie 👍

Why was the buffalo news reporting up to 30 million in losses a year?

- Boss34

maybe they were lumping harbor center expenses into the sabres business for a loss?

this is about the economy...without that stimulus back in march/april, the economy would have been obliterated...granted, a negative-32% GDP isn't anything to brush under the rug, but all that stimulus was huge in keeping it to that number as well as a +1% yr over yr retail sales number for june

No sir, a negative 32% GDP shows the economy is being obliterated.

During the Great Depression the worse quarter they had as negative 8% GDP.

The stimulus is definitely needed due to the amount of unemployed and I’m not saying I disagree with it at all. It’s just the amount of money that is being printed is going to lead to inflation increasing at an exponential rate.

Fiat currency’s around the world are losing its value by the second. The purchasing power of the dollar has been crushed the past few months. This is why I buy gold and silver (really any commodity at this point as material costs will rise)

I was under the assumption that the harbor center is a money maker? Probably why Adam's got promoted.
