New York State, particularly NYC, was one of the original epicenters. We can argue about how effective the measures taken were, but in all likelihood, the virus has pretty much made its way through the population here. I don't think you will see significant spikes because of that. The same can't be said for other states. It was never a matter of "if". It was always a matter of "when" once it got here.

NY was gonna get hit hard one way or the other, just from all the tourist. I mean once 1 person had it in the burrows 5,000 had it. The worse thing was the homes, and that is horrible, NY was gonna get hammered no matter what. People can say what they want about how it was handled by Cuomo, mistakes were made, but your dealing with basically the unknown.

Until we know about the life of the antibodies, who knows...some have said it could be 3 - 4 months. So, does a 2nd wave mean that the 8th inning is reset to the 1sg inning again? Possible. Or possible that it progresses to the bottom of the 9th.

Crazy how anyone is patting his back saying he did a good job. Those people are delusional. Plus that is when NY was in total lockdown when other states have been almost fully open for two months. When the king decides to open NY up again he will continue to add to his disaster of a death toll

Who's delusional, people died and that is horrible and mistakes were made, but if you think a lot of what happened could have been stopped then I think you are delusional. Could have locked the City down in November and it would still have been to late. It's like going into battle without enough intel and getting your ass handed to you because there's 1,000 insurgents instead or the 100 you were told were there.

Florida in no way compares to NY and the burrows. NY was the learning Center on what not to do, and a lot of people died, but if anyone could tell me how they could have stopped it please do.

He should have closed Europe a LOT sooner... that's where the flights were coming from and into JFK and LaGuardia. Not closing Europe sooner is on Trump, not Cuomo. 3 million European visitors came to NY airports before Trump shut down Europe. THREE MILLION.

It really is all Trump's fault.
